Here is mine
1. Before even starting a clan try to become good friends with decent builders or people who are not noobs or complete asses.
2. Once you have built up plenty of friends call them all in for a meeting saying that it might be a good idea to start a clan.
3. Decide on a decent name.
4. If all goes well and your new clan is created keep it active. you can do this by organising projects for members of the clan to build. Also a server that belongs to the clan is ideal.
5. AVIOD ideas of projects that will be boring. Keep your members interested and also attract new possible recruits by building creative things.
6. Pick your leaders carefully, only pick confident people that will not abuse there power and have creative minds. (You must also make shore you have these cartelistic before starting the clan.)
7. If your clan seems to be getting popular and noticed then make a thread or even better a forums for your clan.
8. Respect your members and avoid rage between clan members.
9. Maintain the clan and take action on first site of clan starting to die.
10. If you can get very stressed out I suggest setting a limit to how many members you have. And don't invite random people into your clan I suggest you start off by inviting only people you know. This will prevent you from losing control of your clan.
