under $150.
AGP is completely obsolete. No hardware is being made for it. It's all PCI and PCI Express.
Are you even remotely sure it's an AGP?There's hardly any decent GPUs for AGP 4x/8x, and there is absolutely no way in hell a gaming-level computer manufacturer would ever use parts that have AGP slots.
PCI express 1.0 x16, used currently, is about 3.75 times faster than AGP 8x.This November PCI express 2.0 will be released. PCI express 2.0 x16 will be 7.5 times as fast a AGP 8x....PCI 132 MB/sAGP 4X # 1,066 MB/sAGP 8X # 2,100 MB/sPCI Express 16x 8000 MB/sPCI Express 2.0 16x 16000 MB/s (November 2007)
So guys, I'm thinking about getting the Radeon HD 5450, it's cheap, lower wattage than my current card, and higher performance.
