My suggestion is for the submarine from Tower Toppler if possible (its a REALLY old game...)

I haven't seen anyone make any sort of submarine vehicle yet, I would imagine it being a playertype that descends and ascends in and above water, SIBA APPROVES

Thanks for agreeing with me there. Tower Toppler is actually for the COMMODORE 64, oh and dont forget the Atari 7800

I recall someone was making a submarine a long time ago but it was never finished. And it's too bad that it probably wouldn't work as a vehicle because of the different densities of water.
Also, it is bothering how you wrote "Suggestions" when I only see one.

Im pretty sure some people said a submarine cant be done, even if it was I think it would be extremely glitchy and probably flip out when it touched anything

OK then, if submarines aren't possible yet, then I have two more suggestions.
Another one I would really like to be made is Samus's Gunship from Metroid Prime 3.
Oh, and also a minecart from Minecraft...
