Not enough traffic on your channel/videos.
I know that.
I have about 125 subscribers and like 8000 views :c

I've been on youtube since 2008 and I haven't had any of these offerings :C
I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune.

If Machinima tries to sponsor you, decline and kick them in the balls.
Those forgettards pile all your stuff onto their channel, stuffs ads onto them, takes all personality and replaces it with ads, and requires you to break your back making videos for them to butcher.

That's very descriptive, yet I agree.

If you get a partnership you DO have to keep pumping out videos.

Would they even suspend my partnership if I don't upload very often?

Same here.

Yep because with Adblock, you can completely cut ads right out of Youtube's flash player and forcibly tell the Youtube server that you want the video immediately.

I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not, but Adblock actually does this lol

Do it. If you manage to get a stable fanbase, they won't care for the ads.
On a related note: I don't have ANY ads on videos I watch. I dunno if thats because I use an add-removal plugin for FF, or because I don't live in the US.

I don't understand why you have to ask us if you want to be in Youtube Partnership, it's your decision. The only reason why I can understand you doing all this, the video and the this topic is because people might get frustrated with the Ads. But honestly that's their problem if they don't like the fact that they have to wait 10 seconds to watch one of your videos. I agree it does get annoying after a little while, but you have to go with what you think is the best. In conclusion apply for partnership, and don't pay attention to people who hate the Ads.

If you want

but don't think you're going to get rich anytime soon unless you start pouring 5 videos a week that get 1mil+ views each for like 2 years or you're reallllyyyy popular lol.

I don't seek riches off of making videos, for this is my hobby of which I enjoy doing very much.

This is the kinda of situation where I can make a couple of spare dollars from something I enjoy doing.

Take the partnership. Work at it. You can make some neat money on the side with it; at up to 12k views per video of The Blockland Show, if you can ensure you don't use copyrighted music (so you couldn't monetize your older videos sadly) this could be a cool thing to do.
