I don't think many of you will know what I'm talking about, but a mod platform for GTA SA (Similar to RTB or the JVS system, I guess) called CLEO is awesome and I've always wanted it. But, unfortunately I can't find a link to the 1.0 US downgrader. Everywhere I've searched has either come up with 1.01 US or 1.0 Eu. It's getting annoying because CLEO only supports 1.0 US. Allegedly, there's a difference in the script and encrypting of 1.0 US than every other version out there, and therefore CLEO needs 1.0 US. So, if someone knows where I can get it, it'd be nice if they shared it.
