which is odd because most MMOs actually just make you use the number keys

I've been looking at getting one of these actually.

^how does that even work as a mouse

That's just a gaming keypad, you still use a mouse.

That'd be pretty forgeted up if it was a mouse :P

well i mean i have a razer gaming mouse with the adjustable back/forward buttons on it but all it does for me is being not-crappy

I have a gaming mouse, it provides smoother motion and much better DPI fidelity compared to a stock mouse, it's ergonomic and it has 3 macro buttons on it, all of which I use regularly in games ranging from RPG's to FPS's.
They're a useful investment if you see yourself needing that kind of quick action right at your fingertips but they aren't required if you don't game all the time

I have like 2 or 3 of those they're my dads he always buys them I can't stand them. I currently use $8 keyboards and my logitech G4 mouse is like 5 years old now but they work great so why change. I seem to own everybody with them so I don't see a reason to pay $100 on a keyboard that won't do anything.
