Author Topic: Why the hell do I freak out when stung by bees?  (Read 1603 times)

Damn, a queen bee?
Actually probably wasn't a queen, but it was large and black and fuzzy, like a flying caterpillar.

i've never been stung by a bee or wasp before. i guess i'm lucky, but the bees we have around here just fly around everywhere like they don't really know what they're doing, and the wasps are the docile kind who just fly inside and bang their heads on the windows trying to get out. then they fall on the floor on their backs and can't get up. i guess old seniors aren't the only ones who need life alert!

I was only kinda stung once but I was little and I stepped on a dead bee.

I imagine one of these forgeters being on the same level as a homing bullet

I get dreams about them 50% of the time

and this specific type is the worst

they're the smartest when it comes to tracking down anything they think is a threat, and something about the way they let their legs just hang as they fly just makes it 100x more frightening no, HORRIFIC

I'm mildly afraid of bees (allergic), but not too much. I've only been stung once, so there's that.

NEVER BEEN STUNG IN MY LIFE BY A BEE
