company of heroes is awesome
especially the mod for it, Blitzkrieg
it takes away the unit limit and adds in tons of new units, commander trees + perks, better AI, new maps, new abilities and SO MUCH MORE

Age of empires. Except online, campaign is simple and skirmish is impossible to win.
