FireFish - Banned? Cnaibedoge to blame

Isn't there some sort of strikeout system for permabans?
Like if you get tempbanned X times, the next is permanent.
Also, I'm guessing the X times can vary based on the reasoning of each ban.

Anyway, said "strikeout" system is what really concerns me. A temporary one isn't too bad, but it sucks that this ban counts against him in that respect.

Typically a 5th ban is a perma. However if you aren't a total dumbass, you're not going to get banned more than twice.

Cnaibedoge is a known to be dumber than your average bear, and he was clearly the only one in the topic who cared about what FireFish did.

You don't need to warn him about a rule that is in a different context from what he actually meant.

How could "I don't really care" possibly have a different meaning by being put into a different context? It will always be stating that you don't care.
