I made the mistake of getting an Emachines.
The most reliable computer I have ever had was an emachines e627.
I never got to play Shaders on it, it was smashed by a TV a month earlier. Damn TVs. It could run Minecraft loving full blast everything max, with 60fps. Hard to believe that when the only thing I upgraded was RAM, added 1GB to the factory 2. Wonderful computer for the price. Wish I still had that thing, it outdid my Sony VAIO VPCEB390X. Intel, I think, needs to work on their mobile CPU heat problems. It is absolutely terrible when a 1.6 ghz Athlon I can outdo a 2.4 ghz --not sure what the exact processor is, maybe i3.
That computer lasted 4 years and only costed $200. If you take care of a computer, it will last a whole lot longer.
