Yeah it's down, I can connect to Friends but the Community seems to be down. joinDOTA's having problems with the Dota 2 Network as well.

There's no scheduled maintenance. - The dota 2 network is also down.

Due to emergency maintenance, The Dota 2 Network is offline. This means that matchmaking, spectating and other game features are be offline.

We are working on restoring service as soon as possible.
