Does Blockland need volunteer customer service workers?

Eh, it'd help out quite a bit but I don't see why one of the mods cant do it.

No, it won't help anything.

Yes, any medium-sized multiplayer game has a reliable customer service, and we need one.

We already have one!
Everyone is a volunteer over there.

This.
Also, Badspot is pretty good about replying to bugs and such already. I don't think the customer service is bad at all.

Stop posting crap.

Badspot should change it to where it says to email for help to just post in the help section, maybe he should re-anable the guest feature of the forums just for the help section.

I never thought about this before.. but you're totally right.  The only way to get customer service right now is A) PMing or Emailing Badspot/Rotondo, or B) Asking the help section.

Option A fails for a number of reasons and B can only get you so far.

At the same time though, other than bug reporting (which gets done pretty efficiently in the Development board) I haven't really had much need for customer service...  Never had a personal issue that couldn't be addressed in another way.
