What's going on here? Obviously since they weigh 0 bytes it's not going to affect my hard drive, but why is it doing this? Does it happen to anybody else?

Every time I refresh/visit a youTube page it automatically downloads a file called 'frame'

Sign out of YouTube/Google restart Chrome, and sign back in.

Something isn't compatible with something, I think.
Flash videos need to temporarily download frames.

It seems that you have been framed.

try another browser maybe its that issue
