I just found this video and stuff really hits the fan at the three minute mark. Does anyone know if this is fake? The dude in Skype is his friend or something? I have hard time believing this is a real interview. This guy is just terrible. Absolutely terrible. Please tell me this fake. Please.

Edit: The further I get into the video the more I'm starting to think this is a joke. It's a joke right? Right guys?
Edit2: 10 minutes in. It's a joke. I refuse to believe this is a real situation. My cringe levels have gone off the charts and right into infinity. This guy is telling obvious joke answers to all the questions. Sorry for posting this, now I feel like an idiot. It's just that the first 3 minutes seemed very real.

What to do at a job interview, by Maradar.
1. Be a complete richard and destroy the waiting room.
2. When you are invited in, if the boss doesn't give a forget about the waiting room, stuff on his desk.
3. Act like a monkey if that doesn't work and throw your stuff around.

1 rule you should always follow:

Never say "try"

ex: "I'll try to do my best"
"I'll try to do my best" to the boss means "I'll watch research"
