if you do not eat properly, you will deprive your body of a working metabolism, meaning smaller calorie foods that you normally burn off in a few blocks of walking will have a larger impact and you will eventually end up gaining more weight.

even if you skip a few meals, you run the risk of going on hunger binges and eating everything in sight and gaining more calories then if you ate a square meal at the appropriate time.

Just eat 3 meals a day and you will be fine. It may take time to break your current eating habits.

im kind of fat imo, around 125 pounds for 14 year old, i dont want to pump in more stuff inside me
and she says the "eating rarer makes you even more fat"
that is not fat at all

plus, eating less does make you more fat. your body realizes you are eating less than usual and is trying to store that energy away in fat.

Not eating breakfast does lead to weight gain.

If you skip any meals especially breakfast; the body stacks up in fat. It's something to do with the metabolism. As for your parents - they really do care for you, I don't think she's doing anything wrong. We all have to eat.

I usually have light things for breakfast like fruit salads with a little bit of whipped cream, vanilla-banana protein shakes, and sometimes I'll have a salad. I don't always have breakfast-orientated foods. I can never eat heavy things the minute I wake up.

a lot of people cannot eat heavy foods in the morning, but its very important to give your body something to work on to jump start your metabolism for the day

im pretty short, one of the very shortest in the whole 9th grade
so yeah I look like a small fat gnome

I weigh about 142

also I don't eat much in the mornings so I have a gut but i'm not that chubby

5'10 195 lbs. And I only have some chub on my stomach, it doesnt even show. To me it sounds like you should atleast workout some more.
