My family eats rice and fish for dinner so I'm fine

I eat a lot but I don't eat breakfast.

The vibe I'm getting from these posts is that's a bad thing.

Actually under eating can cause you to gain weight, I forgot how but it does.

i think it's because if you're not eating your body thinks you are starving and hangs on to all the food inside of you or something like that

You should at least eat twice a day.
Its essentially what I do. Can't eat breakfast (it's either eat or make the bus and I'd rather get an education,) eat lunch, eat dinner, and then snack a whole lot. It'd be better if you could eat three meals a day but two is better than one and a couple of snacks.
I'm kind of fat imo, around 125 pounds for 14 year old, I don't want to pump in more stuff inside me
It depends on your height. If you're 5'10" or more then your pretty skinny, If you're 5'9" then you're pretty much average, at 4'11" then you're starting to get over weight.

130 pounds, 6 foot 2 inches and people are always telling me to eat more. I would eat more if I were you.

I think I'm like 130 now.. If not 140.. And I finally reached 5'6" the other day :D
