Fancy beautiful No-Mans-Sky-without-the-orange-water type rpg with a pinch of chiptune and pixelated guis. Exploring an entire planet and fighting enemies from giant worms to an alien mothership, or relaxing in saloons and walking through abandoned cities, thriving villages, grassy plains, etc.

It would have to have a huge variety of environments and locations. Cities, suburbs, forests, snow etc.

Giant amounts of player customization, party member upgrades, large story, NO CRAFTING SYSTEM, free dlc, crossplatform multiplayer with optional pvp.

Creativity placed into the weapons provided from the game and a vehicle/town creation system like in Spore and weapon creation from Dead Rising.

Basically, the ultimate sandbox rpg.

a rpg fps/fighter game with infinite and randomly generated dungeons, and as you go in deeper into the dungeon and complete more missions in it, it slowly gets harder and harder with more advanced enemies and bosses and even better and unique rewards.

bonus points if it has different races and one of them is avian :)
Just get nethack.

A game like what TeeOS wants, but with the scale of Space Engine (10 trillion galaxies, each with stars ranging from 100 million to 6 trillion stars(developer said it was too small) and each star having 0 to 25 planets, with a chance for at least 2 of them to have life) and you can fly to all those stars and meet up with alien empires and stuff.
