Go to martial arts class. It'll be hard as forget, but it's hella fun.
Do this daily at any time to warm up:
Ten push-ups
Ten sit-ups
Twenty-five jumping jacks
Then jog around your neighborhood.
Also richard around with irl LEGOs, it'll improve fine motor skills.
Finally, stand instead of sit, and drink protein shakes.

You can try to lift weights, starting from a low pound number (like 5 or 10) then work your way up as you get stronger.
Don't go overboard with lifting them, though...
