Author Topic: [NEWS] SEVEN exoplanets discovered at once in a nearby solar system  (Read 2503 times)

Hyperdrives yo. We need to fund that.

Well scientists were starting to look for more planets with volunteers, but I didn't expect a discovery this early.
Still though, this is very great info for when the sun reaches our planet within 5 billion years.

interstellar plot set in real life confirmed

If there are 7 habitable planets around the same loving star there is a good chance all 7 of those planets are colonized by another alien race.
not especially, no

I don't think we realize just how loving awesome this is. There could be a star system as close as 40 light years away that has THREE planets with life on them.
Not just one. Not even two.

Three.
40 light years
okay so going the speed of light will take 40 years
obviously we cant go c
so lets say we go about ~25 % of the speed of light ( thats slightly achievable if we try hard enough)
so about 160 years to get there

XDD We havent even landed on mars yet what the forget XDD stuffty scientists!

oh boy time to imitate spore's space stage
soon we will be eradicating an entire loving species of alien

We can solve those problems in time, whether it means a multi-generational interstellar travel ship or something completely different, I don't know
