Author Topic: Do you kill innocents in videogames?  (Read 3602 times)

in gta v i enjoy plowing through a group of innocent bystanders but in games like fallout or skyrim where they actually seem like people i don't kill any civilians. not even for their gear.

gta iv has the best car thunk sounds for peds

gta iv has the best car thunk sounds for peds

running over pedestrians in gta iv was way more satisfying in general

but rly
i don't play games where killing innocents is even an option all that often anyways but if i could i probably wouldn't aim to kill em if there's no real benifet but if i happen to haha woops o well

i drown children and impale women on spikes and watch them slowly die

Well it's a sandbox like GTA , yes because it doesn't matter
but it's a game like fallout were killing innocents actually effect stuff, then no

ftfy

technologically speaking gta iv was ahead of gta v https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWVtZJo-HqI
but gta v is still an overall better game gameplay wise.

EDIT: actually no i take this back. i remember the fine attention to detail rockstar gave gta v like wet clothes, cars running out of gas, and the kind-of parkour system, etc, but the euphoria ragdoll physics were a huge aspect of gta iv that i wish wasn't reduced in gta v.

i got a multi-hundred peasant killstreak in sleeping dogs with a rolls royce

gta 4 was more satisfying to play but having cops just never loving die was annoying

i played spec ops the line
