I went to Germany once... of course I made a point of going to every city on the map before I was anywhere near the levels that would usually bring be to them.

Once I made a speed run from Greece to Japan.  I had to sail straight past most of Africa, trying to not get lost in the fog of war.

Level 4 battelships are not armed patrol they are light escort you must have a level 2.
