Author Topic: hacked by port forwarding?  (Read 5120 times)

maybe your dad is wrong?

awesome. another know it all parent on the completely wrong page with computers.
and just when they mastered the compact disk.

its a miracle that generation can even turn the things on sometimes
I hate that.  An example of this would be me holding the enter key on my mom's work comp and her yelling at me because it will apparently screw it up.  Just pressing random keys won't screw up your computer.  At least when no one is logged on.

Same here. I sometimes just press random fret buttons on my guitar controller when a commercials on and my mom is saying "Stop you'll brake it!" Coming from the mother who is crazy enough to own a Mac and a PC.

I don't know if parents are just stupid or ignorant, but it's loving annoying.

No he is right.
So you are saying that his dad is right in saying that you can get hacked by port forwarding, basically.

You sir, are an idiot.

Nawp, sarcasm.

My mum told me her PC was playing up. I asked her if she installed something lately. She told me she installed a 'cute' screen saver she found on a 'side picture' or, in Modern English, an add.

Oh the joys of internet advertizing.
Get one thing and your computer is usless.

If I'd go Internet Surfing, I'd use the internet brower the PS3 provides. Do game consles get viruses?

Consoles are simplified/modified Computers, so yes. They can get viruses, but how they handle them varies.
