Gmod sniper texture without CS:S?

I've been infuriated by the lack of a sniper scope texture in Gmod, seeing as how I don't have CS:S. Is there any way to amend this short of buying the game, like making one myself or getting something off of FPSbanana? How do I go about doing this?

Overall, I would wish for this too as my snipers are usless when I look through the scope and see purple and black tiles.

If you have photoshop or paint.net, get a vtf opener plugin and I'll send you the sniper rifle textures somehow.
