First: Train, level up. By the time I fought the Baron, I was dealing about 3,000 dmg in one hit.
Second: Get some good moves that remove his focus. He'll kill himself that way.
Third: Be prepared to heal teammates if necessary. Also have some different form moves.

I just got a bunch of focus-removing attacks and stunning attacks and used them over and over. I beat him at a low level.
