Here's how works for me.
1.Sending invite
You get warned
2.Sending it again
You get kicked
3.Coming back and conting to send it
Four day ban
4.Coming back after four days and still sending
Permaban
5.Bitching to me on IRC
 /ignore
6.Sending friends to convince me to unban him
All your friends will be permabanned

Heres my method

1. tell me why you need trust, You get trust

2. Randomly trust invite me, Perma ban.

I reject on the first, ignore on the second, if they complain about it, I ban.

although... it is fun to torment them with jail/kill/taze/fetch under the ground/you get the idea

I'm not prone to compulsive banning like some people.
