When I say reg games, I mean I'd like to do some small reg games between our blockland group, especially with newer players because when it comes to reg gaming, I'd be like a newer player myself.

The issue with normal regular gaming on Battlenet is that the people on there are just way too good at it.

Hero Wars was where the map was in a sideways U, and where the U ends on each side is the enemy's "portal" where creeps come out of. And in the very center is where the 2 sides meet, each with towers from the two teams. The creeps fight there, and you can either kill enemy creeps or work on the towers to get money to buy items and level.

It just sounded similar to me, but with 2 less pathways.
I still think DotA is more strategic. Since the base can be breached from multiple areas you need to make sure each path is guarded in some way. Hero Wars sound more simplistic.

Also, all of the 93 playable characters in DotA are unique and custom.

One game that would be fun to play would be Parasite. Not too gaming skill, but more so manipulation and deception.
