Nobody's going to make your suggestion, because it's too complex. The point of suggestions and requests is to request single add-ons. The reason for this is that nobody's going to make anyone elses idea for a stuffty roleplay. There aren't any scripters that are willing to make huge mods for you; if you are suggesting an enormous thing like this in suggestions and requests you have no idea what you're doing. The only way a mod this size would get made is if it was put in Modification Discussion or somesuch because the requirement for that is you're able to actually make/help with the project. All I've seen you can do is make stuffty GUIs. It's a good idea, mind you, but please get out unless you can actually make it, or a significant part of it.
