Fallout 3: GOTY expansion disk help.

Well, along with the first season of Superjail!, I also got Fallout 3 GOTY last night, and I started out by playing on disk 1, the original game, to see if it worked. It did and I got out of the vault, this morning I woke up and installed the addon disk, which includes all 5 expansions. Upon starting up my game, nothing was new. No radio signals, quest markers, or anything. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
