Oblivion 2player online mod other then Oblivion Reborn

I'm looking for an online mod for oblivion that is completed or at least has essential features implemented, it only needs support for 2 players. I looked at Oblivion Reborn but it has so much stuff that needs to be done I don't consider it playable.
So do any of you know of any?

Don't just make Oblivion online

Make the entire Elder Scrolls world on Oblivion's engine with multiplayer that syncs each player within the same cell and the 8 cells around you

Pretty much all the online mods are in the same state as Reborn.
