So yes with all settings on low.

That is assuming Celeron is actually decent enough to run his game.

I don't know if you haven't noticed but we've already judged that his computer is a pile of stuff and can't run it.

I have a celeron t3000 at 1.8 GHz and I can run TF2 on low just fine with a little lag, but it isn't bad enough to annoy me.
