I'm pretty sure most of those rules that say something like "there is always research of it" don't know what they're talking about.
Of course they don't. Only an egotistical dumbass would think he could just make a big list or rules for everyone on the Internet to follow and not have to enforce them. Like, if I ordered you to stop thinking Dragons were cool, and I didn't have any power or authority over you, I'd be stupid to try.
