Being able to ban somebody from the Internet would be one of the BEST things you could do to somebody you hate these days. He or she wouldn't be able to bother you unless they knew your Phone Number, and who would give that info out on a forum? And if they knew you in real life and constantly followed you around and annoyed the stuff out of you day after day, you can get a Restraining Order for Stalking and Harassment. Problem loving solved.
