It's actually developed by Splash Damage (who made the Enemy Territory games for id Software) but published by Bethesda, but it still looks cool as hell. I preordered it on Steam already.

I remember a while ago my friend was telling me about elder scrolls 5 and that its supposed to combine both regions from oblivion and morrowind thus making it a big mother forgeter. I don't know how true this is but it'd be pretty cool.
