That's actually a pretty cool idea. Aim at the enemy and fire and whoever is in the radius gets a flash blind for about 10 seconds. Would cause problems for pilots.

better yet, make it a laser pointer.
it's known for laser pointers to blind pilots while they're flying.

My idea of a mobile Blockland Version?
It launches much like a Grenade Launcher, but you can cook the grenade inside. Upon the grenade Detonation(Hopefully outside of the launcher), it spawns a bunch of smaller projectiles with low mass so that they float. Sort of like the Frag Grenade but with a launcher. And the shrapnel falls to the ground much slower.
