Champions Online question.

Is the camera supposed to take like half a second to turn when using right mouse button to turn camera? Like... my character will turn then half a second later the camera will fully be turned to the direction my character is facing. Is that normal?

I wish my dad wasnt such a baby when it comes to money. He's gonna have enough money to get himself a new smartphone thing but he says I can either get a PS3 or a new computer. My current computer sucks! It can hardly play any game without setting it to low settings so it looks like poop on a computer screen.
