also the only problem of the ps3 is over heating

I've used my playstation for 10 hours straight for gaming, watching movies, etc. one day, I had no problems with overheating.

my first ps3 overheated :(

Go for it, but ask how much you'll get for your wii first. If it's low, sell it on ebay or something.
