It brings back horrible memories of that one pseudo-Mexican marine NPC in halo 2.
I can just hear him yelling "CABROOOOOOOOOON!" at this very minute. DAMMMMNNNN YOOOOOOUUUU!

But yeah, my favorite quote is probably that whole 'dear humanity" thing that the OP posted.

Also, some of the grunts in halo 2 will say "Take off suit. Get on me. Then see who's tough. " That's only funny because of the unintentional implications.
