We already have two zombie mods based off two different video games. Adding a third one based off another game is just overkill, we need something original for once you know.
Idea's for a free mod game are usually brought from other games.

Come on. Pretty much all this "mod" needs is a few playertypes/ai/items/clientsides that could be used in the gamemodes. So, does anyone feel like making this mod? It would be rather easy to do all of this stuff with events once the actual stuff is made.i feel like im some sort of weird decision maker...

I am the op...

ZAPT DOES have an infection level, so to speak. You lose health gradually if you've taken enough damage, and it can kill you if left untreated.

You can create a weapon called "T-Cure" that can be used to stop infection, but your health will not be restored.

As for the medkit, just grab the already existing one and remodel it.
