God tier tip to driving: Disregard signs, stay at the same speed as nearby traffic ALWAYS.
Unless you're taking the test in which case, you must drive within 3-4 mph of the speed limit, but don't exceed it as that is an automatic failure.

Let me put it this way, drive testers don't like it when you wait.  Be defensive, but make decisions.

I hate people who let others go at an intersection despite having the right of way. It really messes with the flow of traffic.
