Take note though, It runs on the Saint's Row 2 engine and was ported by the same blokes.

In other words, It runs quite bad and is somewhat buggy/unstable. But it's quite fun once you get past those issues.

Runs fine for me and I haven't crashed nor found any bugs with it.

That's the sequel.  I'd suggest Shadow of Chernobyl.  They're really awesome games, but be sure to get STALKER compete mods to make it up-to-date.
