If you are a true pwner, you can make an animation with a stack of 1x1's and a RGB light, just like what Rkynick said. That's what I do.

Coolio, but my idea was bricks that change color(the actual paint color) without help of lights, however if lights are neccesary, they work too.
Saving this would be somewhat of a pain I believe.
