Custom sounds aren't working on counter strike?

Well, today I was modding my game to have custom sounds, and apparently, my sounds aren't working... what the forget. (It's also doing the same thing with the new background I got.)

What is going on?

Edit: The background that I got screwed up the fonts...

Edit 2: My weapon sounds work, but when I try to do a custom background or I try to edit the radio voices they don't work.
