harshness? what? I'm not going to sit around and babysit players who need "time outs" ever hour or so.

Time trialed bans accomplish absolutely nothing. It's just a way administrators try to sound organized and well justified.

Whether or not you ban a player from your server for a day or eternity doesn't change the fact that he has an attitude he needs to change.

I allow players on my server to appeal to their bans, but I'm not going to stand up for someone who's been antagonizing my server's population on an annual basis.

This is why I wouldn't suggest you as an admin.

Secondly, I immediately ban anyone who acts like they're a baby animal/child for at least a few minutes.

but I don't "apply" as admin anywhere, so I don't really need your support. thank you for your feedback though. I moderate my own server, and I do what I can elsewhere.

i always permaban unless there is some really tiny difference in situation

Why?

Socrates is a really good admin if you ask me.

He does his job right. He knows his place, I haven't seen him ban for longer than 15 minutes.
