Could someone make a plasma rifle that fired like a box of light that did 50 damage, and looked like this?

Could the laser be like the d-angry ball (not bouncy... just looks blurry over travel like this)

I know all about that stuff.Its just.. there really crappy.This is sourt of a box gun that shoots box lasers.

PS: I have to note that model is the terminators primary gun.
