Your app was concerned with mostly building, and touched the surface of getting rid of idiots.
You also had reccomendations.
And I hate it when people claim freekill just to get rid of an innocent guard, it gets quite annoying when only the two who were involved were the only witnesses.

That is why I require admins to check both sides of the story. Once, I killed a guy who had tons of weaponry, and, of course I didn't ask him to drop. He decided to votekick me because I didn't ask him to drop. DUMBASS, I AM NOT REQUIRED TO ASK YOU TO DROP. If you have that much weaponry, what do I do? Fail. Then, he started raging at me over IRC and said he's gonna freekill me a bunch of times which makes him a hypocrite. He got banned :p
