Is Gmod forgeted up for anyone else?

Getting alot of errors with steam today.
Whenever i try to play Gmod, I get:

Failed to load the launcher DLL:
The specified procedure could not be found.

What to do, Would a simple restart fix it?

I launched it just fine, but I haven't experienced this problem before, so I really can't help you.

No? GMod has its own source engine now from what I heard so Valve can't mess with it no more.

Me too, which is absolutely bothersome because i think i might be close to figuring out what's causing the game to break while loading a map :(

There was recently a Source update but VaLVe doesn't control Gmod updates
VaLVe will never notify garry until 15 years later so have fun waiting for gmod to be fixed
