Tony hawk falling does not have any ragdoll physics behind it.
(if you mean the video games) 

in tony hawk project 8 for ps3 there is ragdoll falling and i found a nice way of ragdoll just make every body part of the minifig connected tumble vehicles

Well, I don't know about that Tony Hawk, in all the older ones there are no ragdoll physics whatsoever.
He just falls the same way everytime.
