Depends, but I'm sure you couldn't fit an entire six minute song in a loop that's <1mb while retaining the quality.

yeah, it depends mostly on how complex the audio is. a 15-second audio track of the nyan cat song would have a larger filesize than that of a 15-second long audio track of a NES game song.
