Pushups for your triceps, chin ups for your biceps, scoop ice cream for your forearms :~)




Boxing is very good exercise, but you need to make sure you have a good punch first otherwise you will damage your knuckles and all that stuff.

Tearing the tendons between your fingers really isn't as fun as it sounds.
a cardio excercise for a skinny guy looking to bulk? whhaaaat?

As said just do pushups. As many as you can, every second night. They are great to get started with.
On the inbetween days either work another set of muscles or do some cardio.
horrible to start with. they work chest more than tris unless you're suggesting diamond pushups which are nearly impossible for a beginner
dips are the way to go for triceps
also no cardio wtf

Didn't actually read OP, just assumed someone wanted to get bigger in general.
