its the first school dance of the year and usually the 2nd to last football game of the season. everyone goes to the game pretty much so its a big game and then nearly everyone goes to the dance

Until in 8th grade I busted my ass on this one girl who I really really really liked
And she didn't even look at me the entire time
or dance with me.

She danced with the damn monkey (mondayjokes) that cheated on 3 girls in one month
Did I mention I spent $400 on nice clothes / things JUST for her

forget school dances. If I get an honest to god good girlfriend this/next year and she isn't a total starfish, then MAYBE I'd take her to prom / homecoming / etc

I didnt go to homecoming because of cross country, but it was an invitational so we had a dj and there was crowd surfing. It was probably more fun than what our school had.
